As an internet service provider (“ISP”), u-bill.com follows the procedures prescribed by the DMCA for notification, takedown and counter-notification. If you believe that one of our merchants has material on a website that constitutes a violation of your copyright or any other intellectual property rights, please provide the following information to us:
- A detailed description (including the location) of the infringing material and where the original material is located;
- Your contact information including your address, phone & email; if available;
- A statement by you under penalty of perjury that the above statements are accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf;
- An electronic or physical signature from you
